In early 1990, Stilmetindo Prima was only a small carbon steel and alloy steel specialist supported with 20 employees. And today, we are proud to have 88 great employees join us making Stilmetindo Prima even better. The hard work and consistency of our employees gave our customers trust that completed us to be one of the largest stockiest and sole agent of Hitachi Metals,Ltd.

Following the success as Hitachi Metals agent, we are expanding our line to be an agent of Hollow bar specialized in machinery parts; along with the abrasion resistant steel plate designed for mining application. 3 years later, Stilmetindo Prima acquired agency right of Bradken abrasion resistant which intended for the severe abrasion resistant and clad plate.

Responding to our customers need, in 1992, we launched the heat treatment services that produced a better quality steel. Starting with the ordinary muffle furnace, followed by the fluidized furnace, and finally the vacuum furnace was added in 2003.

With 18 years of history at the forefront of the alloy steel specialist; we are continuously expanding our lines to serve our customers better.
